She is the Founder and CEO of Kids' Court School, a renowned Nursery and Primary school in Lagos, Nigeria, founded in 2009 when she was 27 years old. Over 3000 teachers across Africa, including 265 Evaluators of The Office of Education Quality Assurance, Lagos State Nigeria have graduated successfully from the academy since its inception. Understanding the vital role that school leaders play as the second most important school-based factor influencing students' outcomes, the Learning as I Teach Foundation launched the Succeeding at Leading a Learning Community Executive Coaching (SALLC) program in January 2020. The program empowers, equips, and energises school leaders to lead themselves and their schools to effectiveness, impact, growth, and sustainability. Over 200 school leaders across 15 states in Nigeria have completed the SALLC program since its inception.

Mrs. Amadi’s illustrious career has seen her teach at some of Nigeria’s most prestigious institutions, including Federal Government College, Okigwe; Atlantic Hall, Lagos; and Vivian Fowler Memorial College for Girls, Oregun. She culminated her full-time teaching career at Grange School, Lagos, where she retired in 2023.
