Mrs. Sho is the CEO of School Medics Consulting and Founder of The Schools Symposium, where she provides international-quality training for school leaders, teachers, and owners in Abuja’s private education sector and beyond. Dr Olayinka Jibunoh MBBS, MSc DIC, Dip.Psych, FWACP, M.IoD, simply known as Dr Jibs, is a Consultant psychiatrist, Rehabilitation psychologist, EAP Practitioner, Health Policy Expert and Mental Health Advocate, based in Lagos Nigeria.

She's an alumna of the prestigious Queen's College, Yaba; University of Lagos through an Exxon Mobil Scholarship; The Imperial College, London, UK; West African College of Physicians, Enterprise Development Centre as a beneficiary of the Cherie Blair Foundation Scholarship for outstanding female entrepreneurs, Google Hustle Academy and The London Business School.

With a career spanning two decades within the public and private health sectors, she founded a health tech start-up called The Freudian Centre, which has pioneered the use of virtual reality therapy for mental health care and additional services encompassing drug and alcohol, gambling treatment services, employee and family assistance support programs, and mental health care for all age groups including the child and adolescent population.

Unyime Okorosobo is an educator and school leader passionate about raising the next generation of leaders through education and targeted intervention programs. She firmly believes that everyone can contribute meaningfully to the education sector in Nigeria and has dedicated her career to transforming learning experiences for both students and educators.

She has worked with organizations and foundations to train teachers and mentor children in both public and private schools across Nigeria. Over the last few years, she has trained about 2,000 educators on integrating tech tools to improve learning outcomes in their classrooms. As a facilitator at the Right Teacher Academy, Unyime teaches "Tech in the Classroom" equipping teachers with the skills to make education more engaging and effective in today’s digital world.

In August, she launched Strategic Maths, a training initiative aimed at helping math teachers understand and teach mathematics more effectively. This program reflects her dedication to making mathematics enjoyable and accessible for all learners.

With nearly four decades of dedicated service to education, Mrs. Juliana Amadi is a distinguished expert in English Language and Literature. She holds a National Certificate in Education (NCE) from Alvan Ikoku College of Education (1984), a Bachelor’s Degree from Abia State University, Uturu (1993), and a prestigious Teaching Certificate from the University of Cambridge (2011). As a certified Cambridge teacher and examiner, she brings exceptional expertise to English and Literature education.

Mrs. Amadi’s illustrious career has seen her teach at some of Nigeria’s most prestigious institutions, including Federal Government College, Okigwe; Atlantic Hall, Lagos; and Vivian Fowler Memorial College for Girls, Oregun. She culminated her full-time teaching career at Grange School, Lagos, where she retired in 2023. Her mastery of both WAEC and the English National Curricula has enabled her to guide students toward exceptional performance, consistently achieving B to A grades* in senior-level examinations.

Although retired from full-time teaching, Mrs. Amadi remains deeply committed to advancing education through consulting services.
