I am grateful that this conference has impacted me as a school leader by helping to build a school brand that attracts and retains families. I rate the overall quality of session topics in relation to the theme, "Building Schools of Impact, Innovation, Growth, and Sustainability," as excellent.

This International School Leadership Conference 2025 has made me understand that leadership starts with me; I should build people, build systems, and build success.

Every day was exciting; the entire week was amazing. The LAIT website has made all the necessary information about the conference accessible. This conference has impacted me to be more intentional about building my team for lasting impact in leading my school.

Accra LAIT conference was so inspiring. It felt like an awakening conference for me as a school leader. I understood that running a school has to do with being knowledgeable about the new way of learning strategies, direction, and perspective.

ISLC Accra 2024 was an amazing experience. The wealth of knowledge acquired during this conference will be nurtured and exposed to my learning community and to every learning community around me.

Sitting in one's corner thinking one is doing just fine is a disservice to any school owner. Meeting and learning from other school owners, observing and learning best practices to make our schools better structured and of international repute were the highlights of the Conference for me.

I just had to send in another note of gratitude — this program is transforming me! My thought process has completely shifted, and I now see things in a new light.

After a full day of intense work, I still found myself energized to create job descriptions, define a hierarchy of roles, and reorganize my team based on their strengths. Ideas are flowing, and I’m learning to deliberately mentor my team.

This program has completely changed how I delegate and manage my time. Before, I would assign tasks to my staff without proper training, but after the delegation videos, I immediately shared a training resource with them and scheduled a review session.

I’ve also realized how much time I was wasting on unproductive tasks like spending hours on social media. Now, I’m setting clear daily schedules, focusing on my real priorities, and already feeling more productive and less stressed.

I'm learning a lot on the SALLC program. Sometimes I feel the money paid is nothing compared to the value I am getting.

The SALLC is very enlightening. I have acquired a lot of knowledge and I have started to implement some. I also know what to implement next. I am improving greatly. Thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge with us.

Thank you so much for this training, forgiving us for all, and for withholding nothing. This training is a life-transforming one for me and I'm so honoured to be part of it. My school is making tremendous change. My teachers and parents are attesting to the positive effects of the changes. Reporting and tracking progress is now very easy. Leadership roles no longer overlap. Our newly employed teachers are using this break to onboard and undergo trainings. In fact, we are progressing in the right direction. All thanks to SALLC.
