I know I just sent you feedback but I couldn't keep quiet about this! I want to state again that I'm sincerely grateful for this program. My thought process has changed! I see things differently now! After a full day of intense work, I'm here working on job descriptions, hierarchy of roles. I'm assigning new roles and reorganizing my team members based on their strengths! Ideas are streaming in and I'm learning to deliberately mentor my team! My perspective has shifted o! Thank you for pouring so much into me. I can never be the same. BTW, I love your audios much more than the YouTube ones. Yours make much more sense and very relatable! Gracias!!!

Good morning Ma'ma, I have gone through the delegation videos and I have learnt a lot. First, I gave a task without training my staff. Immediately I finished going through the videos, I remembered I have a training video on that particular topic, I sent to the staff and we are having a review this evening. Henceforth, I will follow that right process for delegation so I get effective results. I also saw Time Management, that one, I am over guilty. I don't have even small to do list, but I am very very busy and stressed with unproductive task, I can spend 4 hours from one social media platform to another. I have learnt and immediately I am coming up with my available time per day, my expected task/job role, and all the other things taught. I am glad I am taking this course early this year. I am now shopping for an accountability partner.

I'm learning a lot on the SALLC program. Sometimes I feel the money paid is nothing compared to the value I am getting.

The SALLC is very enlightening. I have acquired a lot of knowledge and I have started to implement some. I also know what to implement next. I am improving greatly. Thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge with us.

My school is making tremendous change. My teachers and parents are attesting to the positive effects of the changes. Reporting and tracking progress is now very easy. Leadership roles no longer overlap. Our newly employed teachers are using this break to onboard and undergo trainings. In fact, we are progressing in the right direction. All thanks to SALLC.
